Kyle, Cole, and Candace were amazing right from the get-go. We had an issue, but they fixed it right up, and I couldn't be happier. And ladies? The men in the place actually take you seriously, and treat you as an equal, not someone who's just there with the man as you look around. We will for sure deal with Car Farmers again.
Bought a used Honda from them when they were Innisfail auto centre. The salesman told me he would fix the broken radio before he sold it to me, and it appeared to work when taking it home. However, not even a day later it stopped and became spotty at best. I also had an issue with a flat tire, they sold the vehicle to me with locking lug nuts and no key to remove them. In both instances when I contacted them to see what they could do for me, they were rude and dismissive and then completely stopped answering my calls. Also, when I was there shopping with my father the staff were very kind and had agreed to let my mechanic do an inspection, however when I was alone talking to the salesman he was very rude and talked down to me about taking it to my own mechanic.They also did not clean/detail the car whatsoever as was promised (and paid for, technically). I found dirty wrappers and garbage as well as a diaper in the back seat. The car is excellent but I've put a ton of money into it at this point, and they were very unwilling to help.

Stay away from this dealership!!!! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They are unprofessional, rude and completely unethical. 10 days after we purchased a car from them and the check engine light went on, we were told that it is probably due to my sons erratic driving because hes 16 years old and told that they may not want to help us (we have a 6 month warranty) because of my entitled attitude!! Apparently expecting a business to honour a warranty and provide good service is being entitled?!? Buy a car elsewhere where you can be sure they will take care of you when something goes wrong with the car, not yell at you and insult you! The owner KYLE BLAZENKO actually said this to me: You are everything wrong with the world today. You are entitled and everyone you know must hate you. Where do you work? I cant imagine who had to deal with you !!Unbelievable. Stay away consumers. Stay far away from these people. When simply asking for a diagnostic to be done on our car, this is how they treated us! Horrible experience and would NEVER recommend them in a million years. Buy elsewhere.Update: The owner has responded saying I was the one being rude and abusive?? HE was the one screaming and dropping f bombs at the first sign of trouble with the car. What a horrible experience. Im very thankful for all the other car dealerships in Red Deer that we have dealt with! Now I realize how professional they have been! They always try to accommodate a warranty if they can. These jokers at Penhold Car Farmers should NOT be in business.
