Good food. I've had the burger a few times and it was delicious. And the staff were good. Definitely the place to go in Penhold.
He isn't in Penhold any more so we drive to Edgar Park to eat there. His food is great; always fresh and hot. Miss the Saturday roast beef though.
Such good food everything. Highly recommend the Texas burger. I have lived in penhold for 19 years and this restaurant is by far the best one penhold has ever seen
I've only been there once so far (I will return), but the food I had exceeded my expectations.I had the mushroom swiss 1/2lb burger, and fries. The burger was pretty hardcore. Just the right kind of messy! Kinda reminded me of eating a Carls Jr burger, but probably less processed. And the fries were PERFECT. I'm reading older reviews where they said the fries were too wilty. These fries I got were crisp and more than ample. I was really hungry and I think I left six fries on the plate. Just couldn't eat any more. lol.Prices were appropriate as well. And their bathroom is unisex, so there's no worries about a bigoted attempt at a joke about bathrooms here!
Had an hour long dance class to wait through with my 4 year old - stopped in at Devine's for poutine and pie. The 1/2 order is enough for two! Pie was delicious. Lovely little community spot - highly recommended! Couple next to us even covered our tab. We'll be back for sure!
